I’m on a magical quest to
make a Labyrinth painting that I am happy with!
Also, this little exercise
tracks how much growth I’ve had as an artist; to essentially, see if I’m any
good at this at all.
So, I obsessively redrawing
things I thought was lacking at the time, and make side-by-side comparisons all
for the sake of learning.
As for this painting, I’m
overall happy with it. However, I think I
missed the mark on the portrait.
This means, sometime in the
future, I will make another one.
Done on 11x14 canvas board
with gesso, graphite, color pencils, and acrylic paint.
